LEAD-ILD (Previously Learner to Leader) was held on the 9th and 10th of May 2025, at the Park Plaza County Hall, London.

LEAD-ILD is a course designed for a group of 10-12 specialist registrars/early stage respiratory or rheumatology consultants with a specialist interest in ILD. This course is led by an expert ILD faculty with the aim of optimising NHS services and improving patient outcomes by fostering a culture of effective leadership.
